TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Only Pets ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Account Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

3. Content Ownership

By posting content on Only Pets, you represent and warrant that you own or have legal permission to feature the animals in your content. You must be the owner, guardian, or have explicit authorization from the owner of any animal posted on the Platform.

4. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on Only Pets:

• - Inappropriate, offensive, or sexually explicit material
• - Content depicting animal cruelty, abuse, or neglect
• - Misleading or fraudulent content
• - Content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• - Spam, harassment, or hate speech
• - Content featuring animals you do not own or have permission to post
• - Unauthorized use of Intellectual Property (IP): Users may not post content that violates copyrights, trademarks, or patents
• - Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): OnlyPets maintains a zero-tolerance policy. Any attempt to upload CSAM will result in an immediate permanent ban and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement

5. Creator Payouts & Platform Fee

Creators who connect their Stripe account can receive subscription payments and tips/digital gifts (branded on the Platform as "Treats") from fans. All creator payouts are subject to a 20% platform fee on subscriptions and Treats, and a 15% fee on brand deals.

Payouts are processed through Stripe. By creating a creator account and receiving payouts, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Only Pets is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors.

6. Content Moderation

Only Pets reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms of Service or Community Guidelines at any time without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

Users have the ability to flag and report inappropriate content and block other users directly within the app. Flagged content is reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours.

7. Subscriptions & Refunds

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Subscribers can cancel at any time, but refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Creators set their own subscription prices, subject to a minimum of $1.00/month.

8. Termination

Only Pets may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any pending payouts may be withheld if the account was terminated due to policy violations.

9. Limitation of Liability

Only Pets is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
