ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Overview

Only Pets is a family-friendly platform dedicated to sharing pet content. All users must comply with this Acceptable Use Policy. Violation of these standards will result in immediate content removal and may lead to permanent account suspension.

Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on Only Pets:

  • •Nudity & Pornography — Any sexually explicit material, nudity, or content of a sexual nature.
  • •Violent Extremism — Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites violence, terrorism, or extremist ideologies.
  • •Hate Speech — Content that attacks, demeans, or incites hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
  • •Intellectual Property Infringement — Unauthorized use of copyrighted material, trademarks, or other protected intellectual property.
  • •Illegal Pet Trade — Promotion or facilitation of the illegal trade, sale, or trafficking of animals, including endangered species and exotic wildlife.
  • •Animal Abuse — Content depicting, promoting, or glorifying animal cruelty, neglect, fighting, or any form of abuse.
  • •CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) — Any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors. This includes real and generated imagery.

Enforcement

OnlyPets, Inc. uses automated AI scanning via AWS Rekognition and manual admin moderation to enforce these standards in real time. All uploaded content is subject to automated screening before publication. Flagged content is reviewed by our Trust & Safety team.

Zero-Tolerance Policy: CSAM / NCMEC

Only Pets maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors will be immediately removed, the associated account will be permanently banned, and all relevant information will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and applicable law enforcement agencies.

We cooperate fully with NCMEC, the FBI, INTERPOL, and other law enforcement bodies. There are no warnings, no appeals, and no exceptions. Users who upload, share, or solicit CSAM face immediate and permanent removal from the platform and criminal referral.

If you encounter content that violates this policy, please report it immediately. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours.

Changes to This Policy

Only Pets reserves the right to update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
